📍 Choose Label Position on A4

With "Choose A4 Position Freely" you decide exactly where your label is placed on the sheet. This way you save labels and avoid waste

From now on you have full control over where your shipping label is printed on your A4 sheet. This gives you more flexibility and helps avoid unnecessary waste – perfect if you want to reuse a sheet multiple times.

How it works

  1. Create your label as usual
    Generate your shipping label just like before.
    ​

  2. Choose position
    Once your label is ready, a window will appear showing the possible positions on the A4 sheet.

    • The fields are numbered, e.g. from 1 to 8. or 1 to 4.

    • Position 1 is top left, position 2 top right, and so on.
      ​

  3. Click on your desired position
    Simply click on the field where you want your label to start.
    This way you can fill only the empty label slots on a sheet you’ve already used.
    ​

  4. Download PDF
    ​    By clicking Download PDF your label will be placed exactly at that position and is ready to print immediately.
