To create shipping labels via the Post app, you need a billing relationship, which includes a postage license number.
If you don’t have a billing relationship (and therefore no postage license number yet), please contact Post customer service and request a business account with a billing relationship.
If you already work with Post professionally, there’s a good chance you already have such a number. Here’s how to find your postage license number:
